Frequently Asked Questions

While you have an unlimited project queue, we only work on one project at a time (per client). This is the “active” project. You can choose and change active projects at any time. Once the project has been completed and the files delivered, we move on to the next one.

Many projects can be delivered within 2-3 business days, but some require more time (i.e. websites). Turnaround time often depends on the complexity of the project and how many rounds of revisions are needed.

Cancel anytime, no questions asked. It’s just like Netflix. Simply log in to your account (via Stripe) and cancel or switch plans at any time.

Yes. We use Stripe for our secure subscription account management and payment. When you first subscribe, you will be sent a link to your Stripe portal. From there, you can switch plans at will.

You can submit as many requests as you like regardless of size. Each request will be added to your project queue in the order they were received. We will only work on one project at a time. This is called the “active project.” Once the active project has been completed and delivered, we will start working on the next one in the queue.
